GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT. Made this ~ ~ 5"' day of ~ Avq . A. D.
1980, by VINCENT G. GUETTLER and LTLLIAN M. GUETTLER, his wife, herein-
after called Grantors, to KARL V.•GUETTLER and JEAN V. GUETTLER, his
wife, whose address is: 3821 Delaware Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida

33450, hereinafter called the Grantees.

W I T N E S SETH: That the Grantors, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants unto Grantees a Grant of
Easement for ingress and egress over the following described real
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: - '
Begin at the Southwest corner of the following described
real property:
From the intersection of the South right-of-
way line for Delaware Avenue and the West line

to a point 60 feet South of the point of beginning;, thence
run North 60 feet to the Point of Beginning.
AND the Grantors.hereby ootienant with said Grantees that the Grantors is
