GOULD CONSTRUCTION, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter called the mortgagor, which term as used in every instance shall include the mortgagor's successors, legal representatives and assigns, either voluntary by act of the mortgagor or involuntary by operation of law, and shall denote the singular and/or plural, and the masculine and/or feminine, and_ natural and/or artificial persons, whenever and wherever the context so .requires or admits, party of the first part; and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 100 South Second Street, (P. O. Box 249), Fort Pierce, FL 33450, herein called the mortgagee,. which term as used in every instance shall include the mortgagee's successors, legal representatives and assigns, party of the second part. W I T N~E S SET H That for divers good and valuable consideration, anfl ' in consideration of the aggregate sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, the mortgagor does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described real estate, of which the mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: That part of Lot 2, Block 3 of MODEL LAND COMPANY SUBDIVISION, as per Plat Book 1, page 41, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, lying West of the West right of way line of State Road No. 5 (U.S. Highway No. 1), LESS AND EXCEPT the North 100 feet .thereof. This mortgage shall further encumber certain fixtures and personal property relating to the operation of bowling alleys, as to which this instrument shall constitute a security agree- ment; such fixtures.anii personal property being more particu- larly identified and described in certain financing statements executed in favor of AMF, Incorporated, Jericho Turnpike, Westbury, NY, of record in O.R. Book 315, at pages 1666, 1669, 1671 and 1673.
