THIS DEED, made thi-s day of SEP~EM$c`YL- 1980, by and between ~
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF-~C~B~LYWOOD, a an np corporation existin under the laws
of the United States of America, as Personal Representative of the Estate of I
MARGARET LENA DARRAH a/k/a LENA M. DARRAH, hereinafter referred to as Party
of the First Part, and ELIZABETH MARGARET REVTY, of 645 Apple Street,
Reno, Nevada, 89502
hereinafter -referred ~to as Party of the Second Part. -
WITNE~SSETH
That the Party of the First Part was appointed Personal Representative of the
Estate of MARGARET LENA DARRAH a/k/a LENA M. DARRAH, by Letters of Administra- `
tion issued by the Judge of the Circuit Court, Probate Division, in and for
Broward County, Florida, on August 29, 1979; and the undersigned is authorized
to convey the property herein described.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00)-and other good and valuable considerations to it in
hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said Personal Repre-
sentative, Party of the Fir-st Part as aforesaid, has granted, bargained, sold
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed .unto the said Party of the
Second Part, their successors, heirs, and assigns that certain property located
in St. Lucie County., Florida, in accordance with the description as follows
Lot 34, in Block 1222 of PORT ST. LUCIE, SEC. 08, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 38A, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the said Party of the Second Part, their i
successors, heirs and assigns,' in as full and ample manner as the same was
possessed or enjoyed•by the said MARGARET LENA DARRAH a/k/a LENA M. DARRAH,
deceased, in her lifetime.
