THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing before this
Honorable Court, and upon the admission of evidence pursuant to
the State of Florida's Complaint under Section 847.011 Florida
Statutes, it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the ,Order To Temporarily
Restrain Defendant Pending Final Decree be continued pursuant
to the State of Florida's Complaint under Section 847.011-Florida
Statutes pending final determination of the aforementioned and
that Defendant is hereby directed. to restrain from any and all `
` advertising or showing the previously adjudicated obscene-films
entitled, All About Gloria Leonard Deep Throat and
"Unclothed Encounters."
