A. Hunter, Complainant vs. Celeste DeFlorio, Respondent were
properly noticed and were proper and in accordance with the
procedures of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
2. That the Defendant, Celeste DeFlorio, did in fact
co-mingle personal funds and the REALTORS funds on certain
rental accounts being a violation of Article 18 of the Code
of Ethics of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS.
3. That the Plaintiff properly meted out its discipline
for the violation of Article 18 of the Code of Ethics'of
the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS by the Board of Directors
of the Fort Pierce-Port St.Lucie Board of Realtors,Inc.
rejecting the recommendation of the Hearing Panel in imposing
its disciplinary action against the Defendant.
4. That the disciplinary action against the Defendant
shall be six (6) months unconditional suspension of membership
in the Fort Pierce-Port St.Lucie Board of Realtors,Inc.
effective immediately upon the entry of this Final Declaratory
Judgment.
5. That the six (6) months unconditional suspension of
~ ~ the Defendant in the Fort Pierce-Port;S~.Lucie Board of
Realtors,Inc. violates no rights of the Defendant.
