to Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice filed herein by the parties,
and the Court having considered said Stipulation, and being other- ~
wise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. The default entered herein against the Defendant, POLLY

REVELS, be, and the same is hereby set aside. _
2. This cause be, and the same is hereby dismissed with
~ prejudice, as settled.
3. This dismissal with prejudice shall not bar the Mortgagee

from prosecuting his right to foreclose upon any subsequent and

separate default by the. Mortgagors.
