ORDER
THIS CAUSE having cone on 'for hearing on Intervenor's Petition
for Modification of final judgment or order on child support and the Court
having reviewed the file and considered the testimony of witnesses and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Petition for Modification of final
judgment or order on child support shall be and the same is hereby granted;
it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that commencing on September 5
1980, the Father, JOHNNIE JOHNSON , shall pay to the
Clerk of> this Court the sum of $ 70.00 - per biweekly each and every
biweekly plus $2.00 statutory fee, -
which amount shall be remitted monthly by
the Clerk to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support
Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashiers check. All money orders
and cashiers checks shall bear the payees name and Social Security Number and shall
be made payable to the CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:

further order of this Court to the contrary or receipt of lbtice to Discontinue
Payments from the Department of. Health-and Rehabilitative Services, in which
event the support payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the person
~ having custody of the child(ren). -
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
