THIS CAUSE was heard on SEPTEMBBR 2,1480, upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contempt previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having ,,,,r been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised
in the ,..anises, it is therefore ,
ADJUDGED that the Respondent, LEROY PATTERSON
is guilty of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support
payments in the amount of $ 1540.00 , amount due as of Jul~r 21, 1980 ,
and he is adjudged in contempt of this Court and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDCF.D that as punishment for his .contempt the Respondent
shall be confined in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, for a period
of 30 days, that the sentence of contempt is suspended until .NOVEMBER 3,1980 .
conditioned upon the Respondent paying to the.Clerk of Circuit Court of this
county on or before NOVEMBER 3. 1980, the aun~ of $1540.00 plus $2.00 statutory '
fee. Upon the failure of the Respondent to.uake payment in full of the aforesaid
amount on or before NOVEMBER 3._1980, you-and your duly authorized deputies are
therefore and '
ALL AND SINGULAR OF THE SHERIFFS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA are ordered to
take into custody the above-named Respondent as soon as he can be found and deliver
him to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above
Described judgment and sentence. The Clerk of Circuit Court and this Court shall
be promptly notified of his arrest. It is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of Circuit Court shall and he is
~ h.•reby ordered to forward skid arrearage payments received from the Respondent
~~ntil the above arrearage.is paid-in full to the Department of Health and Rehabili-
tative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above arrearage payment shall be in addition '
to the regular support pay~rent hereinbefore ordered by this Court and said payennt
shall continue. Said regular support payment shall be sent by the Clerk of Circuit }
~ Court to the Departsent of Health and Rehabilitative Services unless a Notice ha•
been or is filed by the Department directing said payment to the custodial parent.
It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this order of contempt does not annul any prior
ur~ier(s) of -contempt or order(s) relating to support arrearages. Said prior orders
small remain in full force and effect until the support arrearages are paid in full
~•r until further order of this Court.
