THIS CAUSE having cone on for trial upon the pleadings filed herein
and all parties having received proper and timely notice; the Court having heard
testiawny and/or considered the pleadings, papers, affidavits and other papers
filed herein, and being otherwise fully and well advised in the preaises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor child(ren)
JOHN ADAM BACON, JR., d.o.b. 9/19/76
is/are declared to be the legitimate child(ren) of the Defendant
JOHN A. BACON , and MARY ANN WILSON ,
the natural mother; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the natural s~iuz~ Father,

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is
hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received fro. the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Paywents fros
tt~~: Department of Health and Rehabilitative Servic_ea, in which event the support
payments shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural wother or
person-having custody of the child(ren); it is further
ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED that the above-named Defendant having been adjudicated
