HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE for Motion Demanding Counselling on

the arguments of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
1. The husband/respondent has denied the
wife/petitioners allegation that their marriage is irretrievably
broken.

2. The within proceedings are hereby stayed for 90
days in accordance with Florida Statute 61.052(b~l.
3. F.ach of the parties hereto are hereby ordered
to seek counselling during the period of stay of proceedings.
