THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 2nd day of September; 1980
upon a Petition filed by the Wife, and a default being entered against

the Husband for failing to appear or file any pleadings in the cause,
and the Court after hearing testimony of the .Wife concerning the
allegations in said Petition and based upon further testimony of the
Wife as to the Husband's financial condition, the Court finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub3ect

matter in this action; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is -

- irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
FRANCES MARION WILLIAMS, and-the Husband, EUGENE WILLIAMS, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby 3
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. -custody of IDNAJEAN WILLIAMS, ROBERT EUGENE WILLIAMS,

DIAHANN DENISE WILLIAMS, TERESA ANN WILLIAMS, HICHAEL ANTHONY WILLIAMS

and MONICA LORR.AINE WILLIAMS, minor children .of the parties, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, FRANCES MARION WILLIAMS, with reasonable visitation

3. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the 5th day of SEPTEMBER, 1980,
EUGENE WILLIAMS shall pay to FRANCES MARION WILLIAMS, the sum of 4
TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS (25.00) per week, per child, and
like amounts for each week thereafter. Each payment shall be made
to the Clerk of this Court and by the Husband remitted promptly to
E the Wife, FRANCES MARION WILLIAMS. In addition there is hereby
