THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 2nd day of September, 1980
upon a Petition filed by the Wife, and a default being entered against
the Husband for failing to appear or file any pleadings in the cause, s
and the Court after hearing testimony of the Wife concerning the
allegations in said Petition and based upon further testimony of the

Wife as to the Husband's financial condition, the Court finds and

determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties .and the subject
matter in this action; that the relation of Husband and Wiese now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ANNELL SMITH.
~ and WILLIE C. SMITH be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~ parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of LARRY SMITH, minor child of the parties,

is hereby awarded to ANNELL SMITH, with reasonable visitation rights

alimony, the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS (#125.00) i
