5. That each payment of Support and Alimony shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Nife,
ANNELL SMITH. In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of
X2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this Order
is in effect. The present address of the Wife is: 2807 Avenue "J",
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. The present address of the Husband is:
c/o Louden Bonded Pools, 4306 South U.S. Highway 1, Fort Pierce,
'j Florida 33450.
6. PROPERTY. The_home and furnishings 3ointly owned by the
parties shall remain in point names and shall be held as a tenancy
in common and the Wife is awarded permanent exclusive possession of
said home and furnishings, and the Husband shall remove himself and
his personal belongings from said premises by 6:00 P.M. on FRIDAY,
SEPTEMBER 5, 1980. The description of said property is more particular~~.y
described as follows, to-wit:
"Lot 2,-Block 2, Progress Park Subdivision s
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat-Book 12,
Page 16, as recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida".

7. RESTRAINING ORDER. That each party is hereby en,-joined and
r restrained from interfering with, harassing, molesting, threatening f
or otherwise bothering the other in any manner whatsoever.
8. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
Tf~tEE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS (300.00) to be reasonable. for the
Wife's attorney's fees for his services herein, and the Husband is

ORDERED to pay said attorney's fees together with costs•herein

assessed at FIFTY-FOUR AND NO/100 DOLLARS (*54.00).
