THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED made this o? 9 day of
August, by JEAN KADERKA, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
CATHERINE FRODELLY, Deceased, hereinafter called the grantor to
LENA FRODELLY
whose post office address is 361 N.W. Dorchester Avenue, Port St.
Lucie, Florida 33452 hereinafter called grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys, and confirms unto the grantees, all that certain
land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz;
Lot 4, Block 2, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 25,
according to the Plat thereof on file in
' Plat Book 13, Pages 32, 32A through 32I of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurten-
ances~thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
THIS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED is made pursuant to the
Order authorizing sale of real estate as filed in the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, Probate Division Case No. 79-445-CP, entitled In Re: Estate
of CATHERINE FRODELLY, Deceased.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said grantor has executed this Deed
