ORDER-APPROVING SETTLEMENT
THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the sworn
Petition of ROSWELL STOREY and BONNIE STOREY, as next friends and
natural guardians of the minor Plaintiff,~BONNIE GENE STOREY, and
i
the Petitioners .individually, and the Court having considered the ~
record, heard the testimony regarding the facts and circumstances ,
surrounding the accident which is tke subject matter of this suit, i ~
having examined the exhibits submitted and being fully advised in
the_ premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The negotiotions for the settlement of this cause have i
s
been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and advise
_ ,
their respective counsel of record with diligence and caution, so
as to fairly compensate the-.minor Plaintiff;
2. The sum of .Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00)
is to be paid by the Defendants to ROSWELL STOREY and BONNIE STOREY
as natural guardians and next friends of the minor Plaintiff, BONNIE
GENE STOREY, as settlement in favor of the said minor Plaintiff
for her damages and that said settlement is hereby ratifyed and
approved; ~
