FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned Judge
of the aobve-styled Court upon the issues and the record, a jury
having been expressly waived by the parties; and, the Court finding
that it has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties;
and having reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by ROSWELL
STOREY and BONNIE STOREY, as next friends of the minor Plaintiff,
' BONNIE GENE STOREY, and having heard the evidence and the discussion
~ of counsel for the respective parties, and having approved the
~ settlement in favor of the minor Plaintiff and against the Defendants;

and being fully adivsed n the premises it is thereupon, upon
consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiffs, BONNIE c;ENE STOREY,
a minor, suing through her next friends and natural guardians,
ROSWELL STOREY and BONNIE STOREY, shall have and recover of and from
the Defendants, LARRY HIGGINBOTHAM and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, INC., the
sum to Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00); and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROSWELL STOREY and
BONNIE STOREY, individually, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendants, LARRY HIGGINBOTHAM and FLORIDA FARM BUREAU, INC., the
sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
