THIS CAUSE was heretofore before the Court on the
Third-Party Defendants' motions to determine levels of
coverage and for summary judgment upon which this Court
entered its Order dated August 14, 1980 which is incorporated
herein by reference;
IT IS THEREFORE
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, ROBERT T. WILLIAMS,
as personal representative of the Estate of ELIZABETH
IMELDA WILLIAMS, deceased, recover from Counterdefendants,
PROGRESSIVE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY and I10RMAN RAY DEAN,
the sum of $5,000.00 together with interest at 8$ per annum
from this date, for all of which let execution issue upon f

j expiration of time for filing a motion for new trial or upon ~

an order being entered denying such motion in the event
