TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER - -
This cause came on to be heard, without notice, upon the Wife's
sworn testimony before this Court, for a Temporary Restraining Order,
restraining and enjoining the Husband, JESSE WASHINGTON, from interfering.
with, molesting, harassing, or using physical violence on the Wife, SANDRA
D. WASHINGTON, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as Follows:
- 1. That~the Husband; JESSE WASHINGTON, be and he is hereby en-
I joined and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing and in-
~ -
timidating the Wife, SANDRA D. WASHINGTON, and Prom using physical violence
on her.
2. All and Singular Sheriffs of the State of Florida are hereby
directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be necessary to in-
sure the Husband's compliance with this Order without further Order of this
Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this a~ day of Sep-
tember, 1980.
