FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE came on to be.heard upon the verified_Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the PetitOn and it appearing upon the
evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and that the Petitioners are
fit and proper persons to adopt the child, and the Court being otHerwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
~(1) That the Petition For Adoption be, and is hereby ordered
granted and that the child known as TINA MARIE OWENS ,
born on the lst day of June , 1978 , at Fort Pierce, Florida ,
is the legal child of the Petitioners, CIIARi~ ID~ HoNCY(VIT and EIE•'1'I'Y JEAN ~CIIP
and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioners in lawful
wedlock.
