THIS CAUSE came on tp be heard ution the verified Petition For
Adoption and the Court having examined the Petiton and it appearing upon the
evidence that the child is suitable for adoption, that the best interests of
the child will be promoted by the adoption and-that the Petitioner is a
fit and proper person• to adopt the child, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: -
(1) That the Petition For Adoption be, and is hereby ordered .
granted and that the child known as RANDALL SCOTT BENNETT

and subject to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioner in lawful
