September 12, 1980 These payments to be in addition to the regular $ 15.00
per week support payments provided for above, making a total payment of
$ 20.00 per week, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of •$2.00. Payments to be
made in cash, cashier's check or money order.- If Respondent INDUS ELLIS
does not purge himself of his contempt as provided above, 6e shall be required upon
