FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on_upon joint motion for the ~
entry of a final judgment made by the plaintiff and the de-
fendant set forth hereinbelow~, and it appearing to the court
that the parties were authorized to enter into such motion, _
and the court finding that the compensation to be paid by the
plaintiff is full, just, and reasonable for all parties con-
cerned, and the court being fully advised in the premises,
it is therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the defendant., NINTON

EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC., a Florida corporation, does have and

recover of and from the plaintiff the sum of NINE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY AND NO/100 ($9,250.00) DOLLARS in full
payment for the property designated Parcel 154 herein)

taken and for damages resulting to the remainder if less
than the entire property was taken and for all other damages
of any nature. It is further,
