contact with the minor, SEAN ANrHCNY Imo, since 1972, and has not
provided any care or support for the minor child, such actions o~onsti-
tution an t of the minor.
11. That the surviving spot~e of the natural mother, PATRICIA DIANE
C~RAT~ L. F1)GAR, has no legal duties or responsibilities to the
minor•child, nor any legal entitle'taent to custody or control, though. he
cares for the boy old has supported the minor aver the past six years.
12. The minor. SEAN ANDY is presently enrolled in
school in Saint Lucie Oounty, Florida, but dots establishing (~ardi,anship
