to General Electric-Credit Corporation, dated September 30, 1979, in 0. R. Book
334, page 1818, and Financing Statement dated September 30, 1979, in 0. R. Book

AND WHEREAS, the said HOLIDAY PINES, a Florida General Partnership, has
requested the said GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION - to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the-lien and operation of said Mortgage:
