Corporation, a Corporation, the owner and holder of a certain Judgment
in that cause wherein Citizens ~ Southern Financial Corporation, a
Corporation was Plaintiff and Marjorie L. Paris, individually was
Defendant, does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of such
Judgment rendered by the County Court in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, and known as Civil Action No. 79354CC, recorded on the 29 day
of May, 1979, in the sum of ;2,394.17 damages and ;57..50 costs, said
Judgment being recorded in Official.Records Book 309, Page 1620, Public
Records of ST. LUCIE County, Florida. And the undersigned does hereby
consent that the same shall be satisfied of record.
