THIS INDENTURE, made this day of August ,
1980, between URSULA MANDT as Personal Representatives of the
Estate of ALIDE PAULUS, Deceased, Grantor and URSULA MANDT, a

WITNESSETH
That the said Grantors, by virtue of the power and _
authority given to her by -Letters of Administration issued to
her on April 15, 1980, in the Circuit Court for Dade County,
Florida, under Probate Division File No. 80-3071, Division 02,
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened,. remised, released
and conveyed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, self,
alien, remise, release and convey unto the said Grantees, their
heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property

in her lifetime and at the time of her demise, and which the
