Before me this day personally appeared RICHARD A. HOCH,
who, being duly sworn, deposes and states as follows:
1. I am a general partner in H do 0 Investments, a Florida
General•Partnership. •
2. H & 0 Investments, a Florida General Partnership was
formed by myself and Ernest R. Oliphant, as the sole general
partners therein, by deeds recorded in 0. R. Book 332, Page
1090 and 0. R. Book 332, page 1092, public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, that the conveyance to which this affidavit is
attached is for the purpose of distributing to the grantee his
share in said partnership. - .
3. This affidavit is given for the purpose of complying
with Florida Statute 620.605 (1).
