4._ The following issues are to be determined by the

(a) a reasonable time within which the Defendant

must pay the principal of $3,657 plus interest of $626.136 ~
~(b) a reasonable sum as attorney's fees for Wife's
attorney;
(c) the total amount to be paid by the Defendant,
John W. Durham, to counsel of record for the Plaintiff by a date
certain to be set by the Court..
