Your Petitioners, CHARLY SCOTT, natural mother and ~ ~
Guardian of SHERI ANN HUBER, and FREDERICK E. HUBER, JR., and
MADELINE D. HUBER, husband and wife, respectively, and the
natural grandparents of SHERI ANN HUBER, a minor, all of
5410 Buchannan Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, who respectfully
represent unto the Court:
1. That SHERI ANN HUBER, a minor, having been
born March 29, 1972, in Stuart, Florida, being eight (8)
years of age, and whose residence is 5410 Buchannan. Drive, ~

Fort Pierce,_Saint Lucie County, Florida, is incompetent by s
reason of minority, to-wit: being less than eighteen (18)
years of age.

unknown, but believed to be somewhere in California; address of
