LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
OF THE PERSON
TO ALL TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, FREDERICK E. HUBER, JR. and MADELINE D..
HUBER, his wife, have been appointed Guardians of the Person of
SHERI ANN HUBER, a minor and ahve taken the prescribed oath
and performed all, other acts necessary to qualify ~s such guardians;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Judge of the
above entitled Court, declare FREDERICK E. HUBER, JR. and MADELINE
D. HUBER, his wife, duly qualified under the laws of the -
State of Florida,- County of Saint Lucie, to act as the Guardians
of the Person of SHERI ANN HUGER, a minor, with full power to
have the care, custody and control of said incompetent.
