The undersigned, as personal representative of the above estate,
alleges;
1. The decedent, .JOHN C. LAVIN, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida, died on May 16, 1980, and Letters of Administration were issued to _
Petitioner on May 22, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting constaining a complete
report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration
of this estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment,
settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and
~ by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of admire-
~ istration.
4. The amount of compensation-either paid or to be paid to the
personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or other agents
employed by the personal representative is set forth in the Final Accounting.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax return with the

Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of
Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of-the satisfaction
of this estate's obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposed to make distribution of the
assets of this estate as set forth in the Final Accounting.
7. The only person having an interest in this proceeding is your
petitioner, who is the sole heir under the i~1i11 of the decedent.
taHERBFORS, Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has
been presented that distribution has been made in accordance with the Final Account-
ing and that all claims of creditors have been paid or otherwise 33sposed_of,an
Order be entered discharging petitioner as personal representative of this estate
