following described reml estate, having an estimated fair
market value of $6,500.00:
The East half of the SHI 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 13; Township 35 South, Range
39 East. St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting
therefran all rights of way for drainage
- canals and public roads.
- 6. The value of the entire estate subject to adminis-
tration in this state, less the value of property exempt from
the claims of creditors, does not exceed $10,000.00.
7. The decedent has been dead for more than three
years.
8. The estate is not indebted.
9. it is proposed that all assets of the decedent
be distributed` equally to ROLLIN F. ANKENY and BARRY D.
ANKENY.
10. After the exercise of reasonable diligence,
petitioners are unaware of any tnrevoked wills or codicils
of decedent.
Petitioners request that an order of summary administra-
tion be entered directing distribution of the assets in thQ
estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph '
9 of this petition.
