Ankeny, deceased, the court finding that the decedent died on the 11th day of December, 1948; that all interested per- sons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or • have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of • . the petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Adminis- tration should be entered, it is ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of the following described real estate equally to: ROLLIN F. ANRENY and BARRY D . ANIO;IIY The East half of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, excepting therefrom all rights of way for drainage canals and public roads. ~ ADJUDGED FURTgSR that those to whom s cific ~ pe parts of the decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall I ~ ~ ~be entitled to receive and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right. ADJUDGED further, that debtors of the decedent, those holding property of the decedent, and those with whom securities or other properties of decedent are registered, are authorized and empowered to comply with this order by paying, delivering, and transferring to those specified above the parts of the decedent's estate assigned to them by this order, and shall not be accountable to anyone else for the property.
