O R D E R .
THIS CAUSE came on before this Court and from the
testimony taken that the respondent, former husband, was gainfully
employed for the year 1978-79 as a teacher, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that he, MARION COLES TALLEY, be and
is hereby held in direct contempt of court for non-payment as
previously ordered and is hereby sentenced to thirty days in the
St. Lucie County Jail. He may, however, purge himself of this sentence
~ by the payment of $50 each and every monthbeginning the ,30th day of

E September, 1980, until the sum of $600 is paid,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the wife's attorney, ERROL WILLES
is hereby awarded One Hundred-Fifty ($150.00) as attorney fees and
Thirteen ($13.00) Dollars court costs, said fees are to be paid to the
wife's attorney by the former husband.
DONE AND ORDERED this 5th day of September, 1980.
