RICHARD P. BERISH

DIANE NELSON BERISH
O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came on before this Court and from the testimony
presented and arguments of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife, DIANE NELSON BERISH,
be and she is hereby held in direct contempt of this Court for
failure to comply with the Order previously. entered and she i.s
hereby sentenced to thirty days in the County Jail. She may,
however, purge herself by furnishing the list of. furniture and
payment of the total sum of $1,550 as previously ordered within
fifteen days from the date of-this order. The wife is not entitled
~ to an offset for repairs made, at this time, as no demand has been
k made on the former husband. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the husband's attorney, JAY R. JACKNIN,
is hereby awarded the sum of $200 for attorney fees, said sum to be
paid to the attorney by the former wife,~DIANE NELSON BERISH.
