10, page 75, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.

aforesaid to take acknowledgements, personally appeared GENE C.
DRU1~Qri, who, first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she was the grantee in that certain Warranty Deed recorded
in Official Records Book 249, page 960, in which she acquired
title the the above described lands, from Theresia Stephenson.- j
She also states that Theresia Stephenson•s homestead was not j
the property conveyed in the~said deed, and that the land was }
in fact, vacant and unimproved property.
She further states, that she is the same person who was the
grantor in that certain Warranty Deed recorded in Official
Records Book 324, page 226, of the Public Records of St. Lucie-
County, Florida, and that this property was not her homestead,
but was in fact, vacant a_~d unimproved property. ~
FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
