TO ALL THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND ALL OTHERS TO WHOM IT
MAY CONCERN '
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit has been instituted
against the above-named Defendants, by the above-named Plaintiff,
involving the following described real property located in
Saint-Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 26,~RIVER PARK, UNIT NO. 3, as per plat
thereof on file in Flat Book 10, Page 80, Public Records
of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
The relief sought by the said Plaintiff as to such `

property is the foreclosure of a Mortgage owned and held by
the Plaintiff encumbering the said property, to declare all
other interests in the property to be inferior to that'of the
Plaintiff and to foreclose the same, and for certain other
relief.
Please govern yourselves accordingly.
