2. That this Court has jurisdiction over the said
parties hereto and of the subject matter of this litigation.
3. That the Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final
Judgment as to DATO SYED IBRAHIM BIN OMAR ALSAGOF$, et al.,
is found to~be well taken, and the same be and it is hereby i

TRELOAR, JOSE E. VAZQUEZ, MARTHA C. VAZQUEZ, GEORGE PATTERSON,
GLADYS PATTERSON, ODESSA HENDERSON, a/Ic/a ODESSA HENDERSON tt
GIBBON, JEROME STABILE and MARTPA JIMMERSON, if alive and if
deaci, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors,
and all other parties having or claiming by, through, under or
against them, all and other parties having or claiming to any
right to the property herein described, and each of them, be and
.they are hereby forever and permanently enjoined and restrained `
from asserting or attempting to assert, any right, title, interest,
claim or demand, either legal or equitable, in and to said ~
property, hereinafter described.iand from prosecuting, or
attempting to prosecute, any suit in equity or law to obtain
possession thereto, or title thereto, or any interest or estate
therein,
6. That the tax deeds executed by the Clerk of the
Circuit Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, as follows
is new, original and independent title to the property hereinafter
