That the assessment of taxes on the land ~ hereinafter described in all proceedings for the sale of ~ said lands in default of the payment ofthe taxes by the former owners, and the issuance of the tax deed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, were strictly in conformity with law. 8, That the Plaintiff, JACK A. FISCHER, as Trustee, be and he is hereby decreed to be the owner fee simple of the property involved in this cause in which is statute, lying in and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: Lots '2,3,4 and. 5, Block 1272, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION-ELEVEN, according to-the Plat thereof as recorded in .Plat Book 12, page 51 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The East one-fifth of the North one-half of the North one-half of the Southeast one-quarter of the Northwest one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 6, Township 34 South,Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,-Florida, subject to an easement for ingress and egress over and across the South ana East 30 feet thereof. Lot 17, Block 4, SUNLAND GARDENS, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat - Book 8, page 32, of the Public Records of . ~ St.-Lucie County,. Florida. - Lot 10 and,the West five feet of a vacated alley adjacent on East Block "N", ALAMANDA VISTA, a Subdivision according to the Plat ` thereof on file recorded in Plat Book 5, page 49, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. 9.
