BEFORB ME the undersigned authority, this day personally appeared C. R. ~
McDONALD. JR., who, bean first dul sworn de oses and sa s as follows:

1. On April 29, 1980 VICTORY CONSTRUCTION, INC. proported to convey to
HEMISPHERE HOLDINGS, INC., a Florida corporation, the following described
property: t
Lots 26 and 30, VIRINGS LANDING, PRASE TWO, according
to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page
6, of. the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
said deed being recorded May 6, 1980 at O.R. Book 330, Page 2261, of the
Public Records of St.-Lucie County, Florida.
2. On May 12, 1980 WILLIAM KRAFT proporting to be the President of
HEMISPHERE HOLDINGS, INC., a Florida corporation, executed and delivered and
promissory note and mortgage to RAMON CABRERA and IRIS CABRERA, his wife,
said mortgage being recorded in O.R. Book 331, Page 860, of the Public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. The undersigned relied upon the description contained in the deed

hereinabove mentioned prepared by GEORGE W. SONMER, ESQUIRE and issued a '
mortgagee title policy to RAMON CABRERA and IRIS CABRERA, his wife, which
policy became effective on May 14, 1980.
4. The undersigned has subsequently discovered that the description
i
contained in the above-described deed was defective in that Lot 26, VIRINGS
LANDING is contained in PHASE ONE of that subdivision as set forth in Plat
Book 18, Page 7 of the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
not in PHASE TWO of VIRINGS LANDING as 'set forth in Plat Book 19,_ Page 6, of
the Official Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The undersigned has on this date requested a confirming deed to
correct the erroneous description contained in the above-described deed from
Victory Construction, Inc.
6. Further affiant sayeth not. ~
