THIS CAUSE. coming on for hearing on September 5, 1980, upon the
Wife's Motion for Contempt and Notice of Hearing, and upon the taking
of testimony in open court, and the Court being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this hearing is continued until October
10, 1980, at 9:00 a.m. During the interim, the Husband, WALLACE
BENNETT HAYNES, JR.,'is hereby ordered to actively seek employment to
keep records of his activities regarding that matter, and to report to
the Court on October 10, 1980, of his attempts and results with regard
to seeking employment. At that time, the Court will make a determination
of this issue. All parties are ordered to be before the Court on
