ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the motion of the
Defendant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC., a Florida corpora-
tion, for Summary Judgment and the court .finding that the
motion for summary judgment did not comply with Rule 1.510(c)
requiring that the motion state with particularity the grounds
upon which it is based and the substantial matters of law be
argued and further finding that the Affidavit of Laveta Gerhard
raised genuine issue of fact and the court being fully advised .

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant's Motion for Summary

Judgment is denied.
