LAMB and BARBARA LAMB, his wife b0 whose post office address is: 451 Chippewa, Benton Harbor, Michigan 49022 ~q~~ hereinafter called Grantee. WITNE938TH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, and sold to the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real property, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: A condominium parcel designated as Unit No. 708 .of SANG DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM D, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded June 4, 1980, in Official Record Book 332, page 1436, and Amendment thereto, recorded June 4, 1980, in Official Record Book_332, page 1501, all in St. Lucie County, Florida, public records. TOGETHER WITH all fixtures and appliances located therein, and ' TOGBTHER WITH all of its appurtenances according to said Declaration of Condominium, including but not limited to an undivided 1/47 share in the cowman elements thereof and together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. This conveyance is made subject to the following: 1. Real estate taxes for the year 1980 and subsequent years, and applicable zoning regulations and ordinances= 2. All of the terns, provisions, conditions, rights, privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth and contained in the Declaration of Condominium and all instruments therein referred toj 3. All of the covenants, conditions, restrictions and easements of record, if any, which may now affect the aforedescribed propertyt 4.
