this conveyance is subject too the provisions of the Declaration of Candcminium described '
above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits. The Grantee agrees to be bo~u~~d
by all of said provisians~ the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable: the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land
and real property described abatis, as security for his obligations as described in said
Declaration of Qondominiimn and its exhibits and the Grantee ac)u~awledges and agrees
that said Declaratiai of mum and its exhibits and the Purchase Agrea~nt executed
by the Grantor and Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and ind<ioen~ents i
