THIS CAUSE being before this Court on the motion
of BOBBIE JEAN GIBSOPI, natural mother of the minor children,
TAKELA DIONAIE GIBSOil and GEORGETTE LATRICE GIBBON, to set
aside that portion of the order dismissing the Petition for
v
Guardianship granted January 15, 1980, the Court having heard
argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises,
hereby orders that the order of January 16, 1980, be amended
to read as follows:
1. The Petition for Guardianship is hereby
dismissed for failure to state a claim for .which relief may i
be granted.
2. Petitioner's ore tenus motion set aside this
Court's order vacating the previous order appointing guardian
is hereby denied. -
M 3. The natural mother, BOBBIE JEAN GIBSOPI, is
hereby ordered to pay a $25.00 fee of Petioner's court
reporter.
