Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federel Savings and loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Albert Culver and Shirley
Ann Culver, his wife dated April 28th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0~ R. Book 286 on page
2174 , seturinct the payment of the sum of 'j~p Thousand, Two Hundred and no/100----___~____
Dollars (S 2 , 200.00------~
covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in ,
and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cterk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
