procedures for the grove as are consistent with good husbandry prac-
tices generally recognized,.accepted and in use for citrus groves
~ located in the vicinity of the property. The good husbandry practice
~ for the citrus trees and crops located on the above described propert
include, but are not limited to, cultivating, spraying, dusting,
pruning, fertilizing, irrigating and protecting the trees and crops
against damage by freezing and fire.

interest therein, or (b) beneficial interests in Mortgagor, Mort-
gagees may, at their option, declare all of the sums secured by this
