SUBMISSION, NAME AND THE LAND

A. HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED, INC. ("Developer") makes the
following declarations:
(1) SUBMISSION. Developer hereby submits to the condo-
minium form of owners ip pursuant to the Condominium Act (as
hereinafter defined) those certain lands described in this instru-
ment under the phasing plan described herein.
. (2) NAME. The name of this Condominium is "SEASCAPE I,
A CONDOMINIUM."
(3) THE LAND. The land owned by Hutchinson Island
Limited, Inc. w

but this Declaration, is submitted to condo- _
minium ownership, is located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and is
designated as the "Phase (A) Land" and is more particularly de-
scribed in Exhibit No. "1" attached hereto and made a part of this
Declaration.
~ (4) PHASING PLAN. By this Declaration of Condominiwn, -
Developer submits t e P ase (A) Land, together with the improvements
F thereto, to condominium ownership. Phase (A) contains 42 Units
E (as hereinafter defined) located in one building and Common
~ Elements as shown on the Phase (A) Land on said Exhibit No. "1".
R B. Likewise by this Declaration of Condominium, Developer
provides for additional phases of development to the Condominium,
as follows:
(1) Developer may, but shall not be requited to add to
the Condominium, a tract of land located in St.~Lucie County,
Florida, which is designated and shown as Phase (B) and Phase (C)
on said Exhibit No. "1" (the tract of land being shown thereon as
"Phase (B) Land" and "Phase (C) Land" and such-tract together with
the improvements with respect thereto being referred to as "Phase
(B) or "Phase (C)" as appropriate.
(2) Phase (B) and Phase (C) shall-consist of Units of
the same general size as the Units in Phase (A). Phase (B) shall
have 42 Units in one building and shall be completed (if the
Developer shall elect to build it) by the 31st day of~May, 1981.
Phase (C) shall have 42 Units in ore building-and shall be completed
(if the Developer shall elect to build it) by the 31st day of
~ May, 1981.
