Before me, the undersigned authority duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgements, personally
appeared E. BRETT CULPEPPER, who after being first duly sworn,
disposes and says as follows:
1. That he is a duly licensed Land Surveyor
under the laws of the State of Florida,-
being Surveyor Number 3333•
2. Affiant hereby ,certifies that the construction
of the improvements in Phase A of Seascape
I, A Condominium is substantially complete
so that the material, together with the .
provisions of the declaration describing
the condominium property, is an accurate
representation of the location and dimensions
of the improvements, and that the identifi-
cation, location, and dimensions of the
common elements and of each unit can be
determined from these materials.
