PARTIAL RELEASE OF COLLATERAL ASSIGNMENT OF

INTERCONTINENTAL BANK, a Florida banking corporation, Assignee
in that certain Collateral Assignment of Leases, Rents and Licenses
recorded December 29, 1978, in Official Record Book 300, page 2098,
for good and valuable consideration to it paid, receipt of which is -
hereby acknowledged, hereby on this 2nd day of September •
1980, hereby releases from the operation of .that Assignment, the
real property described as follows:
All units and those common elements appurtenant thereto
in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions,
restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration
of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR VILLAS CONDOMINIUM A, as
recorded in Official Record Book 324, page 1952, and-
Amendment thereto recorded in Official Record Book 324,
page 2019, and Declaration of Condominium of SAND DOLLAR

Book 327, page 2576, and amendment thereto recorded in
